Van Loi Steel Group was originally developed from Van Loi Co., Ltd incorporated under the license No.00901/GP-UB dated 21/3/1994 (in lieu of the decision No.2511/QD-UB dated 5/7/1993) by the People's Committee of Hanoi City, business registration certificate No.044919 dated 8/7/1993 issued by the Hanoi Economic Arbitrator (presently Hanoi Department of Planning and Investment). Present head office is located at No.62 Yen Phu street, Ba Dinh district, Hanoi city (old head office at 177A Le Duan - Hai Ba Trung district - Hanoi). Van Loi Co., Ltd is presently the parent company with such functions as management and supervision of member companies; Financial investment and construction of projects; Steel and production materials import.
