JIANGSU SUZHOU STEEL GROUP CO., LTD.

Jiangsu Suzhou Steel Group Co., Ltd., one of the key enterprises in Suzhou, is located in the North West area of the city which is rich in human culture and historical legacy. The modern 'steel city' covers an area of 2.6 million square meters and boasts convenient land and water transportation: Hu-Ning railway to the East, 312 highway to the West, and Beijing-Hangzhou Grand Canal running through the company. In 1990's, a special steel plant with annual output of 500000 tons was built on the West side of the Grand Canal. This new project introduced several advanced equipment which were up to international standards, including 100-ton super power DC electric arc oven, casting machine for large block of alloy steel, and rolling machine for alloy steel. Up to now, more than 10 catalogues of high quality steel products have been produced. A new and harmonious business pattern has formed, i.e. ordinary steel combined with special steel, and ferrous metal patched with non-ferrous metal processing.
